3D SUBLIMATION TRANSFER FILM · PET COATING

Film that follows the curve, not just the surface.

A PET-based sublimation transfer film engineered for deep-draw 3D parts — keycaps, mice, controller shells — where standard film cracks or fades under stretch.

WHY FILM CHOICE MATTERS ON CURVED PARTS

Deep curves expose weak film chemistry fast.

Most sublimation film is built for flat or gently curved work. On sculpted keycap profiles and compound-curve housings, the gap between "adequate" film and film built for this shows up immediately.

Cracking & whitening

Insufficient elongation causes stress-whitening or micro-cracks at the deepest point of the draw — visible as a hazy band across the printed image.

Uneven color release

Coating that isn't formulated for high-pressure vacuum transfer under-releases dye at the curve apex, leaving color noticeably lighter exactly where the eye lands first.

Batch-to-batch drift

Coating thickness variance between rolls forces line operators to re-tune press time and temperature on every new batch — costly on high-volume lines.

WHERE THIS FILM IS USED

Built for 3D consumer hardware.

Designed around the parts that punish weak film first — deep, sculpted, edge-wrapped geometry.

01

Keycaps

Sculpted profiles, full-wrap edge printing, high per-unit visual scrutiny.

02

Mice & peripherals

Ergonomic curves, grip-zone geometry, mixed matte/gloss zones.

03

Controllers

Curved housing, consistent color across large panels.

04

3C accessory shells

Phone/earbud cases and other compound-curve consumer electronics housings.

MANUFACTURER, NOT TRADER

Coating and film production is what we've done for 15+ years.

CFCTECH manufactures films and coatings across two production sites in Korea, with an OEM background built on process consistency — not a repackaged import.

  • 01Two production facilities — Anseong and Cheonan, Korea — running coating and film lines in parallel.
  • 0215+ years of OEM coating manufacturing across automotive and industrial film categories.
  • 03Batch-level QC and traceability on every roll — coating thickness and viscosity checked before and after production.
  • 04Technical samples available before any commercial commitment — test on your line, on your parts.
